Who We Are
In 2004 our group grew from a simple conference get-together. Originally organized to exchange ideas and successes, refer business and network — it has grown to be a resource for all Keller Williams associates nationally and abroad. Over the years we’ve masterminded real estate trends, supported national organizations, and continued to champion equality in countless ways.
We expand each year through visibility at national and regional conferences, local Pride events, and of course word of mouth. Today we are recognized as the largest independent LGBTQ group of any real estate company on the globe.
Leadership Council
The KW Rainbow Network Leadership Council strives to deliver our Network Members an organization to be proud of and an experience second to none. The Network’s mission of Empowering Leaders leads us in our day-to-day actions and decisions. The smiling faces you see below are our active leadership council members.

PRISM Award
The PRISM award is an accolade bestowed by the KW Rainbow Network to recognize and honor an individual’s outstanding representation of the LGBTQ community in Real Estate. Recipients of the PRISM Award embody Positivity, Resilience, Inclusivity, Servant-leadership, and Magnanimity (PRISM).
Each year Rainbow Network members nominate others based on the following criteria, four individuals are then chosen and honored at our new Rainbow Camp event each fall.
